Neon Indian

An elusive new project from composer Alan Palomo from Vega. Forged after a hazy winter gathering in Texas, this initial batch of tracks were the result of field recordings, record samples, a collection of bizarre synth sounds. Soliciting the visual acrobatics of video artist Alicia Scardetta, this project is setting out to be a multimedia maelstrom.
Debut album Psychic Chasms was released on October 13th, 2009 by Lefse Records.

If you really want to jam out, then this is your jam.

Silas Baxter Neal
One of my favorite video parts as of yet. His style is chillin and he flows like a twig in the Nile. Not to mention the song he skates to really hypes up the part.

Ariel Pink's Haunted Graffiti

Ariel Pink (born Ariel Marcus Rosenberg on June 24, 1978) is a Los Angeles based avant-garde/hauntology musician. Pink boasts a cult following and endorsements from more widely known artists such as fellow founding Paw Tracks group Animal Collective.
After years of recording in relative seclusion in the hills of Los Angeles, Ariel Pink (the first non-Animal Collective member on the Paw Tracks roster) made his official Paw Tracks debut with The Doldrums. Recording at home with a guitar, bass, keyboard, and 8-track (the drum sounds were created with his mouth).

Panda Bear is the moniker of Noah Lennox, a founding member of Animal Collective who is also a member of Jane.
Lennox grew up in the Roland Park section of Baltimore, Maryland. As a child, he played sports, studied piano and cello. He later sang tenor in his high school chamber choir. After graduation, he attended Boston University but dropped out in 2000 and moved to New York to dedicate his efforts towards music.
His first solo release was the self titled Panda Bear in 1999, which was released under Soccer Star Records, a label founded by fellow Animal Collective member Deakin.

Washed Out

I love everything that Washed Out creates separately, with all the hazy fuzz permeating throughout. Similar in style to Small Black, but more electronic than rock. He brings the perfect amount of his own aesthetic to their sound.

Toro Y Moi

Following in the footsteps of musicians such as Memory Cassette, Neon Indian and Washed Out, comes the latest addition to the great dreamwave phenomenon shaking up the indie music world in the form of South Carolina's Toro Y Moi, and I gotta say, this is one of my faves yet! The one-man-band consists of the talented Chaz Bundick who puts a soulful upbeat twist, with at times some pretty intense electro beats, on the new genre while maintaining that dreamy sound and fuzzy vocals
